PROJECT DESIGN ARCHITECT
AT GREENER & PARTNERS PROPERTIES, INC.

Project-Based, Pasig office-based, with site visits as required

DESCRIPTION: As Project Design Architect at Greener and Partners (G&P), you will be at the center of project visioning, planning and proposal development, directly contributing to new projects and initiatives being explored by G&P.  You will be involved in a diverse set of activities and constantly exposed to new opportunities and design challenges. This is a role for an individual that is passionate about effective design, is interested in business development, and is looking for an opportunity to grow within a startup environment. This role reports directly to the Creative Director of Greener & Partners, and is based in Mandaluyong City

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to project and design pitches, and ensure completion of presentation-ready materials

  • Draft architectural and engineering plans

  • Develop materials boards for project proposals

  • Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental regulations and zoning codes

  • Support the Creative Director in project conceptualization and development activities, which may include research, sourcing, analysis, and presentation creation

  • Coordinate and contribute to the design brief review process, which ensures that each proposal meets the overall goals and objectives of each project

  • Support the Creative Director in coordinating and expediting documentation for project proposals, in collaboration with the Finance and/or Admin teams

  • Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and help them interpret design specifications

  • Arrange regular meetings with project team members, project managers, bidders, and third party contractors, respectively

RELEVANT TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY:

  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Proficient in Google Workspace

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 

  • Good understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements

  • Philippine Regulatory Commission License Holder in Architecture is a plus

  • Strong research, presentation, and communication skills

  • Above average aesthetic sense and attention to detail

  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands; ability to context-switch

PROJECT ACCOUNTANT AT GREENER AND PARTNERS PROPERTIES, INC.

Full-Time, Project site-based

DESCRIPTION: The Project Accountant is responsible for managing the financial aspects of all construction projects and ensuring that all funds are accounted for and used by company policies. You will be primarily responsible for the custody and management of the project operating fund. The ideal candidate is on time with payables on the project site and is on top of monitoring subcontract-related accounts to ensure their movement in the book of accounts. The Project Accountant will report to the Finance Director and will be based in the assigned project site.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the Petty Cash Advance (PCA) fund, including opening and maintaining the depository bank account, submitting monthly accounts payable preparation, and monitoring daily cash count KPIs.

  • Prepare accounts payable vouchers and related tax forms for project expenses, including subcontractor payments, utilities, and other services.

  • Maintain accurate records of subcontractor/supplier folders and reconcile accounts as needed.

  • Monitor and coordinate recoupment of subcontractor down payments, deductions of subcontract cash advances, and advances to suppliers that need settlement.

  • File check vouchers and processed accounts payable vouchers for assigned projects.

  • Prepare and release retention clearance forms to subcontractors and recover deposits on completion of projects.

  • Coordinate with other departments to reconcile and process pending blue copies of purchase orders, supplier sales invoices, and daily receiving reports.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related business course and one (1) to two (2) years of relevant work experience

MATERIALS MANAGEMENT OFFICER AT GREENER AND PARTNERS PROPERTIES, INC.

Full-Time, Project site-based

DESCRIPTION: The Materials Management Officer is responsible for the general control of materials of a construction project. This role will directly report to the Project Manager and will be based on the assigned project site.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Keep track of receipts for received materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Organize materials stored at the warehouse and label them for easy identification.

  • Keep an accurate inventory and record all warehousing activities and processes.

  • Issue tools, materials, and equipment.

  • Monitor tool and equipment calibration.

  • Inspect, store, issue, and transfer construction materials, tools, and equipment with valid supporting documents.

  • Coordinate receipt, storage, and transfer schedules.

  • Report damaged, defective, or lost construction materials.

  • Monitor and dispose of scrap materials.

  • Monitor tools and equipment that need repair and calibration.

  • Conduct monthly and year-end inventory counts and report to immediate supervisor.

  • Keep the warehouse safe, secure, and clean.

  • Perform other assigned functions.

EXPECTATIONS AND SKILLS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

  • Proven experience in materials management, inventory control, or logistics within the construction industry

  • Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols related to materials handling.

FIELD ENGINEER AT GREENER AND PARTNERS PROPERTIES, INC.

Full-Time, Project site-based

DESCRIPTION: As a Field Engineer, your main responsibility is supervising subcontractors' work through their field supervisor. This involves inspecting and installing new equipment and technologies, directing workers on site, conducting research, and reporting project status. To excel in this role, you must be an exceptional problem solver, able to handle crises as they arise and ensure smooth operation while adhering to engineering designs. This position is based on-site and reports to the Project Manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct implementation of operation schedules and overseeing subcontractor work

  • Preparation and monitoring of daily activities at the site

  • Creation of activity reports and inspection reports

  • Preparation of handover requests for QA/QC departments

  • Creation of purchase requisitions for materials

  • Calculation of actual estimates and change orders

  • Coordination with the site warehouse for monitoring inventory and scheduling additional delivery

  • Regular inspections of cleanliness and performance

  • Evaluation of billings and change orders

  • Implementation of utilization programs

  • Review of plans and discussion of conflicts with project leaders

  • Keeping staffing and equipment productivity records

  • Preparation of cost analysis for labor and materials

  • Coordination with the Project Manager to assess actual project expenses and prepare monthly accomplishment billing

  • Preparation of subcontractor's notice to proceed and contract documents

  • Welcome suggestions for new techniques and cost-efficient construction methods

  • Bachelor's degree in either B.S. Civil Engineering or B.S. Architecture, preferably a board passer

DESIGN ENGINEERING HEAD AT GREENER AND PARTNERS PROPERTIES, INC.

Full-Time, Project site-based

DESCRIPTION: This position is primarily responsible for the coordination of design issues and concerns. This position is assigned at the Engineering Office and reports to Engineering Manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and interpret plans, working drawings, and technical specifications

  • Prepare and update a master submittal log based on the general construction schedule

  • Initiate requests for approval and information for materials, samples, mock-ups, and any discrepancies found on construction drawings or technical specifications

  • Coordinate approvals with concerned consultants and project management teams

  • Disseminate approved plans and drawings to all concerned technical staff and retrieve outdated plans and specifications

  • Provide necessary details and working drawings for easy understanding and interpretation of the work or procedure to be implemented

  • Inspect material samples and deliveries in accordance with approved plans and technical specifications

  • Attend meetings with clients, consultants, project management teams, and contractors

  • Prepare as-built plans as needed

  • Study construction probabilities and improbabilities and recommend the best solutions for your projects

EXPECTATIONS AND SKILLS: 

  • A graduate of B. S. Architecture, preferably a Board Passer and with three years of related experience

  • Proficient in MS Office Programs and AutoCAD

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
